Crossword is a word puzzle where you are provided with a grid of black and white boxes along with a list of clues. You have to solve each clue and fill in the answers in the white boxes. You are also given across and down clues. It is better to start with across clues because when you solve one word, you may get hints for other words since they are all connected to each other.
NYT Crossword is super popular, but yeah… it can get pretty tough. I enjoy solving these puzzles, so I like sharing the answers here to help out. And if you don’t have much time, there’s also the NYT Mini Crossword, which is actually pretty fun.
when you actually start solving, the biggest mistake is trying to do everything at once. you open the puzzle and think ok let’s solve this whole thing. that doesn’t work. what people usually do is just scan through the clues and pick the easy ones first. the ones where the answer just pops into your head. once you fill a few answers, something interesting happens. the crossing letters start helping you. like even if you don’t know a clue, you might already have 2 or 3 letters filled in from other words, and suddenly it becomes way easier to guess.
another thing that helps a lot, is paying attention to the letter count. if a clue says the answer is 5 letters, your brain already filters out so many options. and if you already have a couple of letters from crossing words, then it’s almost like solving a mini puzzle inside the big puzzle.
Jumping right in, if you’re here for today’s NYT crossword answers, you’re exactly where you need to be. Stuck on a clue or just double checking your answers? I’ve got what you need. And don’t stress, we make sure to update this page daily, So Bookmark and enjoy!
